If you are experiencing any issues with video quality:
- Click the cog icon
- Ensure Auto option is selected
- If Auto doesn’t fix streaming problems try a lower setting (eg 360 or 240)
- If you’re still having issues please call our technical support on: 01825 733355
If you are experiencing any issues with sound on your iPad:
Volume buttons are either on the side or the top of your device, depending on the model.
You can also ask Siri to turn the volume up or down > press and hold the side or Home button (or say, “Hey Siri”) to launch > then say “volume to 75 percent of the maximum setting”.
If this has not worked:
Go to Settings > Sounds (or) Settings > Sounds & Haptics,
Drag the Ringer and Alerts slider back and forth a few times.
If you still cannot hear any sound or if your speaker button on the Ringer and Alerts slider is dimmed, you may need to reboot or complete requested Software Update on your iPad. This can also be found in Settings > General > Software Update.
